Notice of Annual Meeting

Join us on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 4:30 pm for our Annual Meeting. The meeting will be held in the Community Room on the first floor of our Palm Beach Gardens branch at 2801 PGA Boulevard.

The Nominating Committee, as proposed by the Chairman at the regular Board of Directors meeting in January 2025, presents to the members of Velocity Community Credit Union the following nominations for office:

IIan Berkner Director Three Year Term
Marjorie Lowinski Director Three Year Term
Jane Eckler Supervisory Committee Chairperson Three Year Term

Nominations for vacancies may also be made by petition signed by one percent of the members (currently 243). To be effective, such nominations shall be accompanied by a certificate from the nominee or nominees stating that they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. Such nominations shall be filed with the clerk of the Credit Union at least 15 days prior to the annual meeting.
