Lost or Stolen Debit Card
Same-day card replacement is available at all of our in-town branches, but please let us know as soon as possible so that we will be better able to protect your accounts.

Deleting Your Online and Mobile Banking Profile
At Velocity Community Credit Union, we appreciate the concern our members have about their privacy. Should you decide that you no longer want to use our online or mobile banking and would like to have your profile removed along with any related data, please send your request by email through our secure email function.
Secure email can be found in Online Banking on the “Secure Forms” tab. Secure email is not available on the Mobile App, but you can access it through Online Banking by pulling up our website in your phone’s browser at www.velocitycommunity.org.
For the subject line, please use “Remove Online Banking Account.”
Once your request is complete, Velocity Community Credit Union will delete all associated data held in our online and mobile banking system. Your accounts will remain active, and your account history will remain in our core system per our IT Policy, but all Online Banking and Mobile Banking data will be deleted. We will send a confirmation email to the email address of record in our system.
