Mobile and online services make banking easy, but there are times when you just need to come inside. We have three locations in Palm Beach County to serve you, plus we participate in Shared Branching which makes available over 5,000 branches and 30,000 ATMs worldwide.
Jupiter Location

The Jupiter branch is located at 6779 W Indiantown Road, Jupiter, FL, behind Duffy’s Sports Grill. Jupiter is a teller-less branch, with consultants on hand to assist you.

Our Corporate Office is located just East of The Gardens Mall. It is a full-service branch, including a teller line, a drive-thru, and a 24-hour, drive-up ATM.

The Royal Palm Beach branch is located is next to Starbucks Coffee on State Road 7. It is a teller-less branch, with consultants on hand to assist you.
Shared Facilities
Shared branching gives you nationwide access to credit union services, even when you are away from home. As part of the CO-OP Shared Branch network, Velocity Community Credit Union members can visit thousands of participating credit union locations across the country and take care of their finances just like they would at a local branch.
What You Can Do at a Shared Branch
At any participating location, you can:
- Deposit checks and cash
- Withdraw cash or checks
- Make loan payments or advances
- Transfer funds between accounts or credit unions
- Request abbreviated statement printouts
- Access additional services, depending on the branch
New: IDCheck for Enhanced Security
To help protect against account takeover fraud, Velocity is introducing a new in-branch identity verification tool called IDCheck. This security feature is available at Velocity branches and participating Shared Branch locations. It helps confirm your identity during certain transactions, especially if you are using an out-of-state ID.
How IDCheck Works
- Scan the QR code displayed in the branch or visit verify.coop.org
- Select your credit union’s name from the dropdown menu
- Enter your member number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number
- Upload a photo of your government-issued ID
- Take a selfie for identity confirmation
- Present the one-time passcode to the teller (valid for 20 minutes)
